• Limitation of Liability: We shall not be held liable for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, or negligence of any such third-party provider, nor for any personal injuries, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, photography, digital renders, and vessel listings, is the property of Barcelona Yachts Brokerage or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
